Haircuts and color aren’t a “one size fits all” experience, so come with an open mind and a few photos for inspiration. We’re here to help you find the perfect look!

Preparing for your appointment

-Please come with clean hair. It doesn’t have to be the same day but have it washed at lease 1-2 days before your appointment

 

-Have inspiration photos ready! We all talk different hair languages. Photos will best help us communicate and get us on the same page.

 

-Dress comfy but cute! Some color services can take several hours so be sure that you’re cozy but photo ready!

 

-It can get cold in the salon. Bring a light sweater, without a hood to not interfere with your hair service

 

-Bring a snack and water! We do have some available but just in case!

Additional Info

Booking: We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation reminder via text/email 1 week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. Don’t forget to hit the “yes” button to confirm we will see you.

​

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 3 days in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

​

Late Arrival: We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate our schedule.

​

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit card

s, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

​

Feedback: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can address it.
